Read through the sections below to learn how the Clinical Education Portal supports Penn Nursing’s clinical experience for Students, Preceptors, Coordinators, and Instructors.

Students

• Student dashboard to store professional information (e.g. resume, licenses, certifications, etc.)
• Access to clinical placement information
• Ability to enter clinical logs, visits, and evaluations.
• The ability to download and save clinical records for future use.

CRNA Students 

• Student dashboard to store professional information (e.g. resume, licenses, certifications, etc.)
• Access to clinical placement information
• Ability to enter clinical logs, visits, and evaluations.
• The ability to download and save clinical records for future use.
• Ability to request time off, research, and conference time.
• Ability to manage and access all CRNA case logs.

Preceptors

• Preceptor dashboard to store professional information (e.g. resume, licenses, certifications, etc.)
• Access to confirm or unconfirm clinical hours.
• Access to complete student evaluations.
• Access to thank you letters verifying hours served as a preceptor for re-certification purposes.

Coordinators

• Adding clinical sites to CEP
• Creating clinical placement packages
• Verify clinical hours
• View students log and evaluations
• Run Reports

Instructors

• View clinical hours and placements
• Run clinical hour and placement reports
• Complete student evaluations
