In Adult Gerontology, we educate nurses to care for adults as they progress through their lives, so that they are ready to act during periods of health or sickness.
Our Programs
We combine top-tier research and with clinical practice that spans a lifetime, from the maintenance of youth to the managed care of senescence. As with all of Penn Nursing’s academic programs, clinical experiences and preceptors for our students are all arranged and coordinated by the School.
Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Nurses in the Acute Care NP program work with patients throughout their adult lives and focus on providing treatment during medical emergencies and acute conditions.
Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Our Primary Care NP program educates students to provide care to adults in both sickness and in health.
